Hummus
Ingredients
- 2-3 medium garlic cloves, minced
- large handful of parsley
- 2 scallions, 1" pieces
- 3 cups chick peas, well drained (2 15.5 oz cans)
- 6 tablespoons tahini
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 - 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- pinch of cayenne
- pinch of cumin
Method
- Mince garlic, parsley, & scallions.
- Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Puree to a thick paste.
- Season to taste with cayenne, cumin, & salt.
- Chill in a tightly lidded container.
